Before founding Orion, Andrew served as a Senior Full Stack Developer at a multi-billion dollar technology company, architecting high-performance APIs and company-wide design systems. His prior work building mission-critical healthcare software during the height of the pandemic sparked his commitment to improving healthcare through better technology.

A physical therapist and private practice owner with over 30 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitative care. Paul is the owner and clinical leader of Rehab Associates, serving central Ohio with outpatient clinics and school-based therapy services. A Certified WorkAbility Therapist and board member of the Mid-American Rehabilitation Network (MARN), Paul is dedicated to advancing innovative and sustainable models of physical therapy practice.
